EN10305 E355 42CrMo4 Seamless Honing Tube St52 Honed Tube Seamless Steel Pipes
The tubes shall be manufactured from hot-finished seamless tubes by cold drawing or other suitable processes. The tubes shall be supplied in one of the delivery conditions as follows:
- Honed tube was made by cold-drawn tube. which was precision processed by boring, reaming, skiving or honing. When get through those process honed tube can be easy to make into hydraulic cylinder and can be ensure seal ability, reduce abrasion, move smoothly.
- Honed tube can be produced according to the requiremenmt from customers, tolerance as H8, H9. According to the pressure requirement and diameter size, different material would be chosen .
- Material: DIN2391 standard,ST52, EN10305 standard E355, 16Mn, ASTM A106B, Q345B, CK45
- Standard: GB/T8713-88, GB/T3639-2009, DIN2391, EN10305 ASTM A519, DIN2391, EN10204-1
