Description:

 

Delivery conditions

1. NBK(+N)

after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium

2. GBK(+A)

after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas

3. BK(+C)

the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastic, the plastic degree does not guarantee

4. BKW(+LC)

after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)

In Hexagonal Bundles, with anti-rust oil protection, with seaworthy packing


5. Deliver condition:
1) +C No heat treatment after the final cold drawing process
2) +LC After the final heat treatment there is a suitable drawing pass
3) +SR After the final cold drawing process there is a stress relieve heat treatment in a controlled atmosphere
4) +A After the final cold drawing process the tubes are annealed in a controlled atmosphere
5) +N After the final cold drawing operation the tubes are normalized in a controlled atmosphere
