Our EN10305-2 ST37.4 hydraulic cylinder round cold drawn welded precision steel tube is a high-quality, precision-crafted tube designed for hydraulic systems and cylinders. Manufactured from cold-drawn and welded steel, this tube features tight tolerances, excellent mechanical properties, and a smooth inner surface. • NBK(+N): After cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
• GBK(+A): After cold forming, annealing in non-oxidizing medium protective gas
• BK(+C): Final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastic degree does not guarantee
• BKW(+LC): After final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation (bending, flaring)
• BKS(+SR): Have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again

Hydraulic Cylinder Tube ST52 and ST52.3 with excellent machinability and weldability. Supplied seamless or welded, cold drawn & stress relieved (BK+S), with yield strength over 520 MPa. The inside diameter is honed and oiled with the tube ends capped for protection.
