Manufacturing Process
According to EN10305-2 standard, cold drawing on ERW tubes produces tubes with high strength, high quality, and seamless characteristics.
The cold rolled welded tube is produced by drawing ERW (electric resistance welded tube). During this process, sizing (wall thickness, inside and outside diameter), weld integrity, and surface finish are closely controlled to produce tube of the required size and mechanical property characteristics.
