Product Overview
Cold drawn welded pipe represents an optimal choice for multistage hydraulic cylinder tubes. The manufacturing process combines precision resistance welding (ERW) with cold drawing techniques, producing steel tubes that meet EN 10305-2 European mechanical standards for cold drawn welded steel tubes.
Following resistance welding, the entire pipe undergoes normalizing heat treatment to ensure uniform metallographic structure and mechanical properties throughout the weld, heat-affected zones, and base material. Subsequent cold drawing and stress-relief heat treatment provide excellent dimensional accuracy and mechanical characteristics.
