EN10305 34MnB5 Precision Steel Tube , Round Annealed Steel Tube For Cramshaft Stabilizer Bar
Description:
Carbon Steel EN 10305 E235 , E215 , E275 & E355 Seamless Pipe are also known as mild steel pipes and tubes.EN 10305 Grade E235, 215, E355 Tubes are low-cost Low Carbon Steel Tubes with max 017 % carbon content with combination of max 120 % manganese easy to form and shape . These pipes are manufactured as per EN Specification and commercially referred as cs pipes or ms pipes. Low Carbon Steel Pipes are not as hard as hig carbon steel pipes,Though carburizing can increase its surface hardness.
To meet their exact application requirement, our clients can avail these in different dimensions, sizes and specifications. With respect to national and international quality of raw materials, we also offer these pipes in customized sizes and thicknesses as per specific demands by our esteemed clients at market leading prices.
Product Features:
1.Corrosion resistant
2.Accurate dimensions
3.Can sustain high pressure & temperature load
4.Rust proof finish
5.Smooth transition from flange thickness to pipe
6.Ensure excellent stress distribution

Straightness of standard precision tubes:
Straightness of the tubes is influenced by the mechanical properties of the tubes. For material having the yield point ReH <= 500 MPa is straightness 0,0015 multiple of the tube length maximum, allowed straightness for one meter length is 1.5 milimeters. For material with the yield point ReH > 500 MPa the allowable straightness for the whole length of the tube is 0.0020 multiple of the tube length, allowed straightness of one meter is 2 milimeters. |

Delivery conditions:
Designation | Symbol | Description |
Cold finished (hard) | BK | Tubes do not undergo heat treatment following the final cold forming and, thus, have a rather high resistance to deformation. |
Cold finished (soft) | BKW | The final heat treatment is followed by cold drawing involving limited deformation. Appropriate further processing allows a certain degree of cold forming (e.g. bending, expanding). |
Cold finished and stress-relieved | BKS | Heat treatment is applied following the last cold forming process. Subject to appropriate processing conditions, the increase in the residual stresses involved enables both forming and machining to a certain degree. |
Annealed | GBK | The last cold forming process is followed by annealing in a controlled atmosphere. |
Normalized | NBK | The last cold forming process is followed by annealing above the upper transformation point in a controlled atmosphere. |
Surface imperfections which encroach on the specified minimum wall thickness shall be considered defects and tubes containing these shall be deemed not to conform to this part of EN 10305.
Applications: for auto industry/machinery use/oil cylinder tube/motorcycle shock absorber/auto shock absorber/inner cylinder/telescopic cylinders/jack lifting system/hydraulic cylinders
Appearance:
The internal and external surface finish of the tubes is smooth, while the Weld Seam is somehow not visible or tangible.
The ID surface with roughness Ra≤4μm, the best ID smoothness we could reach Ra≤0.8μm
The inner surface can be measured and reported if this is requested by the purchaser before PO.
